1. Introduction

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The specific terms of your booking will be communicated to you at the time of reservation.

  • Bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by Horizon Event Management LLC
  • Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation
  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service booked:

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund of deposit
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before: 50% of deposit refunded
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before: No refund

Specific cancellation terms will be included in your booking agreement

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due as per the terms specified in your booking agreement. We accept various payment methods, and all prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information for event planning
  • Ensuring venue access and permissions where applicable
  • Supervising guests and ensuring compliance with venue rules
  • Reporting any damages or issues immediately

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our services, Horizon Event Management LLC is not liable for:

  • Personal injuries sustained during events
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Issues arising from third-party services or vendors
  • Events beyond our control (force majeure)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Horizon Event Management LLC and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Photography and Marketing

We may take photographs and videos during events for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be featured in our promotional materials, please inform us in writing.

9. Changes to Terms

Horizon Event Management LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.
